Grilled tilapia
- 4 tilapia
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 salt and pepper
- Preheat grill
- Lay 4 pieces of amuminum foil out, spray with nonstick spray, lay fish on foil, add salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of butter (per fish), squirt with lemon juice
- Wrap aluminum foil around fish, making little envelopes.
- When grill is hot, lay fish packets around outer edge of grill, allow to cook 12-15 minutes
