Cold Noodle Salad with Sesame Shrimp

  1. Pour 10 Tbsp.
  2. (155 mL) dressing (or 2 Tbsp.
  3. 30 mL dressing for trial recipe) over shrimp in non-reactive pan; toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate 30 min.
  5. to marinate.
  6. Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Dredge shrimp in bread crumbs.
  8. Saute in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 4 min.
  9. on each side or until lightly browned and done.
  10. Toss noodles with vegetables and remaining dressing.
  11. For each serving: Plate 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) of the noodle mixture; top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) shrimp.
