Beef Chilaquiles

  1. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  2. cilantro; place remaining cilantro in blender.
  3. Add tomatoes, dressing, chiles and half the onions; blend until smooth.
  4. Brown meat in large nonstick skillet; drain, reserving meat in skillet.
  5. Stir in tostada pieces and tomato mixture; cook on medium-low heat 8 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Top with cheese; cover.
  7. Cook on low heat 3 min.
  8. or until melted.
  9. Serve topped with sour cream, remaining onions, avocados and reserved cilantro.
