Chocolate Brownie & Pudding Pizza with Coco-Nutty Topping
- 1 gal. Prepared brownie mix batter
- 2-1/2 cups JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding or Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 2 qt. milk
- 2-1/2 qt. OREO Pieces-Medium
- 2-1/2 cups PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, chopped
- 2-1/2 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, lightly toasted
- Spread about 3-1/4 cups of the brownie batter evenly into each of 5 greased or parchment paper-lined 14-inch pizza pans.
- Bake at 375F for 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- Prepare pudding with milk as directed on package.
- Stir in OREO Pieces.
- Spread 3-3/4 cups of the pudding mixture onto each brownie crust; top with 1/2 cup each of the peanuts and coconut.
- Cut each pizza into 12 wedges to serve.
