Glazed Ham And Apple Bake Recipe
- 1 (5 lb.) canned ham
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- Score ham; place in roasting pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour; pour off fat.
- Combine honey, mustard, and lemon juice; spread over top of ham.
- Bake 15 min more (15 min per lb.
- or possibly 130 degrees on meat thermometer).
- Remove to platter.
- On top of range, in roasting pan, add in remaining ingredients to drippings.
- Heat, stirring now and then.
- Serve with ham.
- Makes 8-10 servings.
