Anpanman Cupcakes
- 75 grams Butter
- 1 Egg
- 75 grams White flour
- 2 grams Baking powder
- 65 grams Powdered sugar
- 150 grams White nerikiri
- 50 grams Cinnamon nerikiri
- 30 grams Black sesame nerikiri
- 1 Nerikiri in orange, red, etc.
- 30 grams Cups
- 100 grams Whipped cream
- Combine and sift the flour and baking powder.
- Bring the butter to room temperature to soften.
- The black sesame nerikiri is made with black sesame paste mixed in, and the cinnamon is made with cinnamon powder mixed in.
- Divide the white nerikiri into the sizes you need, then make the black sesame and cinnamon nerikiri portions.
- Place the butter and sugar (65 g) in a bowl and mix well until white.
- Add the beaten egg a little at a time, mixing until fluffy.
- Add the sifted dry ingredients and mix well with a spatula.
- Preheat the oven to 170C.
- Spoon the batter into the cups, then bake in the oven at 170C for 25~30 minutes.
- They are done when a skewer or toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, cut off the tops with a knife, make a hole in the center, and fill with whipped cream.
- Replace the tops of the cupcakes.
- Color the nerikiri, then top the cupcakes with it.
