Dry Rub for Ribs, Steak, or Chicken

  1. Mix together and rub on meat at least 30 minutes prior to grilling.
  2. Use approximately 1 teaspoon of dry rub for 12 oz meat.
  3. (Store extra rub in a ziplock bag or sealed plastic container)
