Mexican Stir Fry Recipe
- 1 whole round steak
- 2 cans Red Gold diced tomatoes and chilies (303)
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 med. zucchini
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 2 yellow squash
- 1 med. onion
- 1/4 c. veg. oil
- While partially frzn, slice steak into thin strips.
- Then stir fry and set aside.
- Cut vegetables and stir fry.
- When vegetables are done add in steak, 2 cans of diced tomatoes and chilies and the can of beef broth.
- Continue to stir till all is mixed and warm.
- Serve with rice or possibly noodles or possibly just serve as stir fry.
