Ericas Pepperjack Chicken

  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. let chicken marinate in Italian dressing for an hour or more (optional but definitely suggested)
  3. place chicken in 9 by 13 baking dish.
  4. sprinkle bread crumbs over top of chicken and let bake for 20 minutes
  5. while chicken is baking cut stem out of peppers and cut them in 1/4 and clean out seeds of each pepper.
  6. peppers should be in a bowl shape
  7. after the first 20 minutes of baking add the peppers in the dish around the chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes
  8. after 15 minutes sprinkle shredded mozz over chicken and peppers.
  9. then cover everything in the pepperjack slices and bake another 10 minutes.

chicken breasts, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper, mozzerella cheese, pepperjack cheese, italian dressing, italian seasoned bread crumbs
