Lo Cal Banana Milk Shakes Recipe

  1. Slice banana into electric blender or possibly bowl.
  2. Add in sugar and beat till smooth.
  3. Pour the remaining ingredients in and beat till smooth and fluffy.
  4. Pour into 2 chilled glasses.
  5. Yields 2 servings.
