Wienerollas

  1. Heat oven to 400*.
  2. Combine onion and cheese; set aside.
  3. Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
  4. Press or roll out each to 4 inch rectangle.
  5. Spread 1 teaspoonful of ketchup or chili sauce over each rectangle.
  6. Cut lengthwise slit in each wiener; place cut side up on each rectangle.
  7. Fill each slit with about 1 tablespoon of onion mixture.
  8. Wrap dough around wiener; press edges to seal.
  9. Brush lightly with milk; roll in crushed chips.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, watching closely for level of "brown-ness" desired.
