Sauerkraut, Potatoes And Hot Rolls Recipe
- 4-5 loaves frzn bread
- 1 lg. can or possibly 2 Packages sauerkraut
- 3-4 lg. onions
- Dill weed
- 3 sticks butter
- Salt and pepper
- 4-6 mashed potatoes
- Cut loaf bread into 8th's.
- Let rise.
- Brown onions in butter.
- Add in sauerkraut, salt, pepper and dill to taste.
- Simmer 10 min.
- Add in potatoes.
- Let cold.
- Take a cut of dough, stretch over palm of hand.
- Fill with sauerkraut, fold and seal.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Let rise.
- Bake 350 degrees 1/2 to 3/4 hrs.
- You can add in warm dogs or possibly Kielbasa.
