Simple Glazes for Ham
- 14 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon ground ginger
- 12 cup honey
- 12 cup orange juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup apricot jam
- 12 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 -3 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 cup red currant jelly
- MAPLE-GINGER GLAZE:.
- Combine maple syrup, flour, Dijon, lemon and ground ginger.
- Spoon glaze over ham during the last 15 -30 minutes of cooking.
- HONEY-ORANGE GLAZE:.
- Mix honey,and orange juice with brown sugar.
- Spoon glaze over ham during the last 15-30 minutes of cooking.
- PINEAPPLE-APRICOT GLAZE:.
- Combine apricot jam and pineapple juice with brown sugar.
- Spoon glaze over ham in the last 15-30 minutes of cooking.
- RED CURRANT GLAZE:.
- Stir dry mustard and horseradish into red currant jelly.
- Spoon jelly mixture over ham in the last 15-30 minutes of cooking .
