Homemade Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the milk and bread crumbs.
  3. Add the ground meats, parsley, eggs, garlic, salt, pepper and cheese.
  4. Mix thoroughly with your hands.
  5. Form into 2 inch balls.
  6. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
  7. You can use a rack to keep them above any drained off fat if you prefer.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes and check the center of a meatball to ensure they are done.
  9. Cook for a few more minutes if needed.
  10. Add the meatballs to your favorite sauce and cook over medium low heat, covered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
