Bratwurst Deluxe
- 3 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 3 cups KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup prepared horseradish
- 48 each bratwurst, cooked, split lengthwise
- 48 rolls Submarine sandwich rolls (6 inch), partially split
- 96 slices KRAFT Pasteurized Process Swiss Cheese Slice
- Mix mustard, mayonnaise and horseradish with wire whisk until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate unitl ready to use.
- For each serving: Place 1 hot bratwurst in roll; top with 2 process cheese slices and about 2 Tbsp.
- of the mustard mixture.
- Serve immediately.
