Sweet and Sour Wings

  1. Mix water, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch in bowl.
  2. Heat wok or deep frying pan and add oil.
  3. Add half the wings and fry until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove to a plate.
  5. Top off frying oil if necessary.
  6. Add remaining wings and repeat.
  7. Add ginger and garlic and all the wings.
  8. Turn heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until done, about 25-30 minutes.
  9. Stir prepared liquid and add to wings.
  10. Bring to a boil on high heat and cook, stirring, until thickly glazed.
