Skillet Apple And Pork

  1. In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat in hot oil, cook pork until brown on all sides.
  2. Remove, set aside and spoon off all fat.
  3. In same skillet, combine soup, apple juice, celery, onion, caraway seed, pepper and apple.
  4. Heat to boiling.
  5. Return pork to skillet.
  6. Reduce heat to low.
  7. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until pork is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove pork from skillet and slice.
  9. Serve with sauce and pasta.
  10. Garnish with celery leaves and additional apple slices.
