When You're Tired of Butter-Sauteed Salmon... Refreshing Pan-Fried Salmon
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 1/3 bunch Japanese leek for garnish
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 as required Salt and pepper
- 1 Ponzu
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Thoroughly coat the fillets with flour.
- Spread sesame oil in a pan.
- Fry the coated salmon fillets.
- When the salmon is cooking, finely chop the leek.
- Serve the grilled salmon on a plate and top with the chopped leek.
- Sprinkle on a little bit of ponzu to taste.
