When You're Tired of Butter-Sauteed Salmon... Refreshing Pan-Fried Salmon

  1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  2. Thoroughly coat the fillets with flour.
  3. Spread sesame oil in a pan.
  4. Fry the coated salmon fillets.
  5. When the salmon is cooking, finely chop the leek.
  6. Serve the grilled salmon on a plate and top with the chopped leek.
  7. Sprinkle on a little bit of ponzu to taste.
