Beans/Potato Curry Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- 3 c. Vegetarian Salt, to taste
- 1 pch Turmeric
- Heat oil, mustard seeds, and urad dal.
- Roast for a few seconds.
- Add in vegetables.
- Sprinkle salt and turmeric.
- Cook on high heat for a couple of min.
- Add in coriander pwdr, chili pwdr, and cumin pwdr, (and ginger and garlic if you wish) cover and cook on low till done.
- For making the potatoes more crisp, add in rice pwdr (arshi maav) and stir it in.
