Never Fail Pie Dough

  1. Measure & mix the first 4 ingredients.
  2. Blend lard by "cutting" it into the flour mixture with a fork.
  3. Mix until the dough has an oatmeal like quality.
  4. Add water and mix with fork.
  5. Form dough into a ball and divide into 3 equal pieces.
  6. Roll out on floured surface, making sure to keep surface & rolling pin floured.
  7. Bake according to directions for your favorite pie.
