Delicious and Easy Chocolate Espresso Cookies

• 1 box brownie mix
• Oil, substituted for butter (equal quantity)
• 2 tbsp. espresso, very finely ground

1. Make brownie mix according to package directions, substituting equal amount of oil for butter.
2. Add espresso; mix well.
3. Chill the dough until firm.
4. Spoon by rounded tablespoons on cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes.
