Deviled Seafood Recipe
- 1/4 c. finely minced green pepper
- 1/4 c. finely minced green onion
- 1 c. finely minced celery
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (6-7 ounce.) can shrimp, liquid removed
- 1 (6-7 ounce.) can crab meat, flaked
- 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing
- 1 c. mayonnaise (or possibly Miracle Whip can be substituted)
- Stir together all ingredients till blended.
- Spoon into a 1 qt shallow casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Serves 6 to 8.
- I use this for a stuffing when I cook flounder.
