Maitake Mushrooms and Green Beans with a Ginger and Vinegar Dressing

  1. Mince the ginger and mix with the ingredients.
  2. Separate the maitake mushroom into bite sizes.
  3. Cut the green beans into 5 cm length.
  4. Pour boiling water over the aburaage in circular motion and thinly slice.
  5. On a baking tray lined with aluminum foil, lay the ingredients from Steps 2 and 3, taking care not to overlap.
  6. Grill in an toaster oven for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Dress with the sauce you made in Step 1.
  8. Transfer to a serving dish.
