Herb Goat Cheese and Tomato Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place your filo shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3 minutes or until crispy.
  2. Remove pan from oven and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, add goat cheese, garlic paste and herb paste.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Evenly divide the herb cheese mixture into the filo shells and top each with half a tomato.
  6. Note: If you do not have access to Garden Gourmet products, a little bit of pesto sauce in place of the herb paste would work great in this recipe.
