Beef Oriental

  1. Sprinkle meat with tenderizer and ginger; let stand for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet; stir-fry vegetables in 2 tablespoons of hot oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to skillet.
  5. Cook meat, onion and garlic; stir-fry 5 minutes.
  6. Combine remaining ingredients.
  7. Add liquid and vegetables to meat in skillet. Cook, stirring continuously until sauce thickens.
  8. Serve over rice.
