Pizza Spaghetti Pie
- 1 pound ground beef, lean
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs fine
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 23 cup evaporated milk
- 4 ounces spaghetti cooked, drained
- 1 each eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces pizza sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 x green bell peppers in rings
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- Heat oven to 350F (180C).
- Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and evaporated milk.
- Press firmly onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
- Spoon off drippings.
- Combine spaghetti with egg, parmesan cheese, and butter.
- Spread in baked meat shell.
- Top with pizza sauce, oregano, green pepper rings, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
