Veal Stew And Peas Recipe

  1. In large pot, brown with butter, onions, garlic and meat.
  2. Coat meat with flour and salt.
  3. Brown on all sides.
  4. Add in parsley, peas, artichokes and beef broth and wine.
  5. Simmer for about 1 hour, mixing frequently; adding a small amount of water if it starts to stick.
  6. Serve over rice or possibly eat as it is.
