  1. SAUTE chicken in oil until lightly browned.
  2. STIR in remaining ingredients except cheese and sour cream.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Cover; remove from heat.
  5. Let stand 5 min.
  6. TOP with cheese and sour cream.
