Vanilla Ice Cream

  1. In bowl combine whipping cream, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Whip with mixer until stiff.
  3. Add evaporated milk and yoghurt., Mix 30 seconds on low speed.
  4. Cover and put in freezer.
  5. Stir every 45 minutes until frozen (about 5 hours).
