Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 12 cups whipping cream
- 12 cup evaporated milk
- 12 cup yoghurt
- 12 cup sugar, turbinado
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
- In bowl combine whipping cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Whip with mixer until stiff.
- Add evaporated milk and yoghurt., Mix 30 seconds on low speed.
- Cover and put in freezer.
- Stir every 45 minutes until frozen (about 5 hours).
