Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole Recipe
- 4 chicken breasts, cut in half & boned
- 8 slices of ham
- 8 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. roasted croutons, optional
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Heat butter and fold in croutons.
- In a casserole, layer ham, Swiss cheese and chicken.
- Top with chicken soup blended with 1/4 c. water.
- Top with buttered croutons.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs, uncovered.
