Natural Cereal Bars
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup brown rice syrup
- 3 cups Puffed Kashi
- 12 cup natures path organic smart all-bran cereal
- 13 cup quinoa
- 34 cup walnuts, chopped
- 14 cup sunflower seeds, raw
- 14 cup pumpkin seeds, raw
- 12 dried apricot
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- prepare 13x9 in pan w cooking spray.
- heat almond butter and brown rice syrup in large pot on low until bubbles form.
- add vanilla.
- meanwhile mix together all dry ingredients in large bowl.
- add dry ingredients to pot stirring well, incorporating all ingredients.
- add mixture to prepared pan.
- pressing evenly.
- place in fridge to set.
- cut into approx 32 bars.
