Peanut Butter and Hot Fudge Pleasure Pot

  1. Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl,combine baking mix and 1/4 cup Splenda.
  3. Add skim milk,vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix well until mixture is smooth.
  5. Stir in peanut butter.
  6. Pour batter into prepared container.
  7. In a small bowl, combine remaining 3/4 cup Splenda and cocoa.
  8. Gradually stir in boiling water.
  9. Carefully pour mixture over batter in slow cooker.
  10. DO NOT STIR.
  11. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
  12. Serve warm with sugar- and fat-free vanilla ice cream.
