Ranch Roll Ups
- 1 package Tortillas (you'll Need 4-5 Total)
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 package Dry Ranch Dressing Mix (1 Ounce Packet)
- 1/2 cups Minced Red Pepper
- 1/2 cups Minced Celery
- 1/4 cups Sliced Green Onions
- 1/4 cups Green Olives
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth.
- Add red pepper, celery, onions and olives; mix well.
- Spread about 3/4 cup of the mixture on each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly; wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Once its chilled, slice tortillas into half-inch pieces.
- Lay the slices out flat so the colors of the pepper and celery show.
- Its a pretty appetizer, especially for the holidays.
