Feta and Spinach Frittata

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook and stir onions in hot oil in large ovenproof skillet on medium heat 3 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Add tomatoes; cook 2 min.
  5. Stir in spinach; cook 6 min.
  6. or until spinach is wilted.
  7. Beat eggs and cooking creme until blended.
  8. Add feta and pepper; pour over vegetable mixture in skillet.
  9. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  10. or until frittata is puffed and golden brown.
