Eggs and Chicken in Herbs De Provence Butter

  1. Preheat oven 390 Fahrenheit.
  2. Cube the chicken.
  3. In an oven safe and stove top safe dish, Heat the butter and add Herbs De Provence.
  4. Add salt to chicken.
  5. Add chicken to butter.
  6. Saute till pinkness in chicken is gone.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Mix the eggs and baking powder very good.
  9. Break the cheese into small chunks add half to the top of chicken.
  10. The dish should still be hot.
  11. With chicken and cheese.
  12. Pour the egg mixture on top.
  13. Add rest of cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese.
  14. Put the dish into oven.
  15. The egg mixture will cook from both sides.
  16. Bake in oven 10-15 minutes make sure eggs are done.
