Glazed Wings
- 12 chicken wings
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 c. orange marmalade
- 1/4 c. pineapple preserves
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- Prepare grill at least 1/2 hour before cooking, adjusting grid 6 to 8 inches above coals.
- Rinse wings and pat dry.
- In large bowl, combine vegetable oil, lemon juice and seasoned salt.
- Toss chicken pieces in mixture.
- In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Brush onto wings and place wings on grill over white hot coals.
- Turn wings and baste with glaze every 8 minutes until golden brown and tender, about 16 to 20 minutes.
- Wings are done if juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
