The Seger
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces blended Scotch
- 3/4 ounce dry Marsala
- 3/4 ounce Aperol (bitter orange Italian aperitif)
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- Dash of orange flower water
- 1 orange twist
- 1 mint leaf, smacked, for garnish
- Rinse a chilled coupe with the bitters.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients except the twist and the mint leaf.
- Shake well, then strain into the prepared coupe.
- Pinch the twist over the drink, rub it around the rim of the glass and discard.
- Garnish with the mint leaf.
