Brenda's Starbucks Lite Frappuccino

• 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
• 2 tbsp fat free vanilla coffee creamer, powdered
• 1/2 cup fat free milk
• 8 -10 ice cubes

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
2. If desired sweeten with Splenda.
