Creamy Peanut Butter-Chocolate Birds' Nests

  1. Microwave chocolate and 1/2 cup peanut butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  2. or until chocolate is almost melted.
  3. Stir until chocolate and peanut butter are completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  4. Add pretzels; mix well.
  5. Divide crumb mixture among 24 mini muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray, adding about 2 Tbsp.
  6. crumb mixture to each cup.
  7. Use back of spoon to firmly press crumb mixture onto bottoms and up sides of cups to resemble nests.
  8. Freeze 10 min.
  9. Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.
  10. Add remaining peanut butter; mix well.
  11. Spoon pudding mixture evenly into each nest.
  12. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  13. Remove from pan and top with jelly beans just before serving.
