Turkey Scaloppini With Wine Recipe

  1. Sprinkle meat with flour.
  2. Place oil and butter in skillet and heat.
  3. Add in pork and onions and saute/fry together.
  4. Add in meat and brown approximately 5 min per side.
  5. Add in salt, pepper and wine.
  6. Cover and simmer for 5 min.
  7. Slice the mushrooms and green peppers.
  8. Add in them with the tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 min.
  9. Add in garlic and parsley.
  10. Cover and cook 10 min.
