Herb Blend for Poultry

• 1 tablespoon dried basil
• 1 tablespoon dried chervil
• 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
• 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
• 1 teaspoon whole thyme
• 1 teaspoon dried lemon verbena

1. Crush herbs and blend thoroughly.
2. Sprinkle on poultry during cooking or use in shaker at the table.
3. Store extra in a tightly covered glass container.
