Smoked Salmon-Cream Cheese Benedict

  1. For each serving: Poach 2 eggs to desired doneness.
  2. Toast 2 English muffin halves.
  3. Spread each half with 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  4. of the Salmon Dill Spread.
  5. Top each half with poached egg; sprinkle each with 1/2 Tbsp.
  6. green onions.
  7. Serve immediately.
