Glazed Fruit Cocktail Cake Recipe

  1. Make a well in dry ingredients and add in Large eggs and fruit.
  2. Stir gently.
  3. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
  4. Sprinkle over top, 1/2 c. each, brown sugar and nuts.
  5. Bake for 55 min at 350 degrees.
  6. Icing: Boil first 3 ingredients for 3 min.
  7. Then add in vanilla and coconut.
  8. Pour boiling warm mix over warm cake, cold and serve.
