Mace'S Meat Loaf

  1. In a large bowl, mix together sausage, ground beef, eggs, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, parsley, wine, basil, thyme, oregano and salt.
  2. Put mixture on a piece of parchment paper, pressing out to about 3/4-inch thick, forming a rectangle.
  3. Layer on basil leaves, sundried tomatoes and cheese. Roll meat loaf, jelly roll fashion.
