Simple Chicken Spaghetti
- 3 whole Chicken Breasts
- 1 pound Spaghetti Noodles
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Rotel
- 1 pound Velveeta
- Boil chicken for about 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from water and bring water back to boil.
- Add spaghetti to boiling water and cook until al dente.
- Reserve about one cup of cooking liquid and then drain spaghetti.
- Place pot back on stove and combine all ingredients, except for cooking liquid.
- Cook on low heat until cheese is melted.
- Remember to stir occasionally.
- Add reserved cooking liquid until you reach the desired consistency.
- Some people like it thicker than others.
