Basting Oil For Poultry Or Fish

  1. In a small bowl combine olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, and sesame oil.
  2. Brush oil mixture all over poultry or fish before cooking.
  3. Serve lemon wedges to squeeze over hot cooked food.
  4. *Makes about 1/4 cup*
