Sweet-N-Hot Beer Bratwurst Skillet
- 2 roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- 34 cup beer
- 34 cup plus 2 tbsp beef broth
- 1 (16 ounce) package bratwursts, sliced
- 1 (16 ounce) packagespicy bratwursts, sliced
- 1 large sweet onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 14 cup canned jalapeno pepper, slices
- 14 cup grape jelly
- 14 cup chili-garlic sauce
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Bring the roasted peppers, beer, and beef broth to a boil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook for 1 minute, then stir in the sliced bratwurst.
- Sprinkle the onion and jalapeno slices over the bratwursts, and simmer until the onion is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the grape jelly, chili sauce, paprika, and black pepper.
- Cook about 10 minutes longer until the sauce thickens slightly.
