Bloody Beer
- 8 ounces amber beer
- 4 ounces tomato juice
- 2 ounces anejo tequila
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce, optional
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch celery salt
- Pinch dry mustard
- 1 stalk celery, halved lengthwise, for garnish
- 2 pepperoni sticks, for garnish
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the beer, tomato juice, tequila, lemon juice, hot sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire, celery salt and dry mustard.
- Shake for 10 seconds, then pour into two tumbler glasses.
- Garnish each with a celery stick and a pepperoni stick.
- Serve.
