Curried Mayonnaise Recipe

• 2 egg yolks
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
• 3/4 c. vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp. vinegar

1. Combine the egg yolks and seasonings in a mixer.
2. With the mixer on a medium speed, drizzle in half of the oil.
3. Add in 1 Tbsp.
4. of vinegar and continue adding the oil in a steady stream.
