Another Curry Powder Recipe

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Spread mix out on a jelly roll pan and toast in a preheated 250 degree F oven for 20 min.
  3. Let cold to room temperature.
  4. Pulverize the spice mix in batches with an electric spice or possibly coffee grinder and strain it through a sieve into a bowl.
  5. The curry pwdr will keep six months in a tightly sealed jar in a cold dark place.
  6. Use to season soups and stews.
